- Follow all advice as recommended by our public health officials.
- A simple self-check to access your lung function is to take a deep breath every morning and hold for 10 seconds or more. If you do this successfully without coughing, discomfort, stiffness, or tightness there is no infection.
- In addition, eliminate sugar from your diet. Disease feeds on sugar!
- It is important to keep your mouth moist. Warm water is best for take a few sips every 15 minutes. If The virus entered your mouth it would be swallowed and be destroyed in the stomach. A dry mouth can allow the virus to enter the windpipe and then the lungs.
- Increase your intake of Vitamin D, Selenium and Magnesium.
- We recommend using the ACS 200 Silver oral or nasal sprays several times daily.
- We are proactively ozonating our office each night to kill viral and bacterial agents both in the air and on surfaces. We are also disinfecting all surface contact areas several times per day.
